Apparently games are "no substitute for purposeful activity like work or education classes." But if you're well behaved you may have a console and play kids games. What the in the name of all that is holy? I'm well behaved. Last year the gov't spent more than £10,000 on 80 Playstations and 15 Xboxes for young offender institutions. My brain just exploded all over my keyboard just now. They're prisoners right? Maybe in the UK prisoner translates to "person that should get whatever they want." Not sure though.
